Job Details: We're looking for a Direct Care Staff to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you'll provide personalized support to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

1. Support clients with daily living skills, leisure activities, and personal hygiene
2. Develop and implement vocational skills training programs
3. Collaborate with colleagues, service providers, and guardians to ensure comprehensive support
4. Document client progress and report incidents or accidents

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalency; minimum age 18
• No experience necessary
• Valid OK driver's license; current automotive insurance; dependable transportation
• Criminal background clearance from the State of Oklahoma Health Department
• First aid/CPR training
