Responsibilities:
- Assist in answering questions from the financial representative (field) leadership team regarding onboarding and licensing matters. This will be via written correspondence, telephone or email.
- Provide information to internal staff and field leadership teams regarding onboarding and licensing requirements.
- Import documentation from various sources into department's document repository (OnBase).
- Manage onboarding queues in Dynamics.
- Understand and monitor Onbase queues.
- Review licensing paperwork for new financial representatives and verify requirements have been met and submit applications to appropriate states.
- Process renewals when notified by state insurance departments or home office records.
- Terminate financial representatives’ licenses as instructed by state insurance departments.
- Prepare reports relating to onboarding, licensing, production and general financial representative data.
- Create, update and maintain electronic documents and images.
What we need:
- High school diploma required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and spreadsheet knowledge.
What we offer:
- Pay: The hourly pay for this position is $19.00. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
- Work Arrangements: This is a full-time hybrid position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7 a.m.-9 a.m. Hybrid positions work at least three days in office and the remaining days each week working from hom Employees beginning to work in a new hybrid role will be asked to work on-site (five days a week) during the initial training period which may be up to one year.
