Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM (guaranteed 40 hours per week, with flexibility for up to 50 hours)

Overview:
A loving family in the South End is seeking a second full-time nanny/family assistant to join their dynamic household. With three active and bright children aged 7, 5, and 4, the ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the family’s current nanny to provide exceptional childcare, assist with household management, and contribute to a harmonious home environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care and supervision for three children during after-school hours.
- Assist with school pick-ups, drop-offs, and transportation to extracurricular activities.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, homework help, and creative play.
- Perform general household tasks, including children’s laundry, tidying up after activities, and meal prep as needed.
- Collaborate with the family’s existing nanny to ensure a seamless daily routine.
- Provide occasional overnight care when needed (accommodations available).
- Support light household management tasks, including running errands.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish or eager to help the children practice their Spanish language skills.
- Experienced working with multiple children in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, proactive, and a great team player.
- Holds a valid driver’s license and has safe, reliable transportation for commuting (family provides a car for work tasks).
- CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification prior to start.
- Provide 3-5 professional references.
- Must have U.S. work authorization.
