Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones, making reservations, and providing general information about the hotel. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with information about the hotel and its services.
- Answer phone calls and take messages.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay.
