Job description
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. Your role is crucial in creating a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out. *Responsibilities* - Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services - Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Operate the hotel phone system and transfer calls to the appropriate department - Process reservations and cancellations accurately - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area *Qualifications* - Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred - Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures - Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality - Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systems - Ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment is a plus - Familiarity with front desk operations and procedures
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
