Hotel Maintenance Technician needed at Home2 Suites Frederickburg.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and functionality of the hotel’s facilities to provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, facilities, and systems.
- Address guest requests for maintenance services in a timely and professional manner.
- Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor and respond to maintenance-related emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory.
- Working knowledge of pools
- Additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a similar role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
