Job Summary
The Night Audit Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, providing exceptional service, and completing daily financial audits during the overnight shift. If you're a night owl with strong attention to detail and a passion for hospitality, this is the job for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in/out guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions and reports
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and emergencies promptly
- Monitor hotel safety and security during overnight hours
- Prepare and set up for the next day’s operations (breakfast area, shift reports, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and lobby area
- Communicate effectively with other departments and morning shift
Requirements
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for audit work
- Comfortable working independently and overnight hours
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Familiarity with Hilton systems (PEP) is a plus, but not required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance
