Life as a Sales Coordinator :

As a Sales Coordinator with Superhost Hospitality at Tru by Hilton Holland, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, facilitating the sales process and ensuring seamless communication between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments. Your responsibilities include :

  • Assisting in the preparation and coordination of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding bookings, inquiries, and special requests. Follow up to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Managing and updating customer databases, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Ensure proper communication with the reservations team to confirm bookings, special requests, room blocks, and VIP arrangements.
  • Coordinating communication between sales representatives, clients, and internal departments.
  • Generating and analyzing sales reports to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Supporting the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve targets.

  • Additional Requirements :

  • Previous experience in sales support or coordination is preferred.
  • Full-time position, typically during regular business hours, with occasional evenings or weekends for event coordination.
  • The role requires occasional on-site presence during events or meetings to ensure proper coordination.
  • Based in a hotel environment, with a mix of office work and interaction with guests and staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

    In your initial phase, you will undergo comprehensive training to familiarize yourself with our sales processes, customer databases, and company products. Working closely with the sales team, you'll actively contribute to the coordination of sales activities and gain hands-on experience in supporting our sales initiatives.
