We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This role is focused on driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with potential inspection business partners for our HomeBinder program. The ideal candidate will excel in generating new opportunities through strategic outreach and collaborative efforts, ensuring a consistent and high-quality pipeline of prospects for our sales and onboarding teams.
BDR Key Responsibilities
- Partner Research: Research prospects through a variety of channels, including email, social media, websites and networking.
- Outreach and Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations with decision-makers to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads by following up with prospective clients and nurturing relationships.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and address challenges proactively.
- CRM Management: Record all activities, interactions, and notes in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to achieve customer-facing objectives digitally, via phone and video communications.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, capable of working independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms, and the proven ability to apply rigor in leveraging CRM systems to manage a large pipeline.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Hubspot experience is a plus.
- Experience in the real estate industry - and the home inspection industry in particular - is a plus.
