We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Business Development Representative to support our SVP of Customer Success building new business with existing clients and new clients . You will need to be able to come into an office in State College, PA two to three times per week.

The role :
This role will focus on tactical work to start : doing market research, updating our CRM system and supporting all facets of our sales campaigns. You will be an integral part of our marketing efforts, attending and contributing to internal marketing meetings and making sure actions are completed. Over time, the role has opportunities to grow and for potential travel to our offices on the West Coast and London. You will learn via direct supervision from our SVP of Customer Success and interactions with our CEO, CCO and Studio Director.
Your specific tasks will be many and varied - no two days at Whitewall are ever the same! You could be working with existing client contacts, researching stakeholder profiles, company profiles, updating marketing campaign actions or building the sales pipeline.
You will be :
- Keeping up to date with market research and industry analysis / trends
- Managing our CRM system : Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Contributing to the sales and marketing meetings
- Creating and taking ownership of minutes and action points for assigned business development and marketing meetings.
- Checking and reporting on sales campaign progress
- Identifying and qualifying new opportunities
- Assisting in the preparation for sales pitches and creating pitch decks
- Assisting with creating and updating budgets
- Taking on assigned project administration responsibilities
- Assisting in the development of a new business strategy for building relationships and new business opportunities
