We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented candidate to join our team in our Tyrone, PA based office. The Service Scheduling Specialist will have excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills and will work closely with management to provide support to our clients in booking property inspections nationwide.
This role will communicate effectively with our clients ordering inspections, as well as with the inspectors to whom we assign the inspection jobs. Verbal and written communication skills are critical to ensuring a successful booking and a successful inspection. Processing hundreds of orders per week, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day offers something different.

Responsibilities will include:
- Communicate with clients about requested inspection services via email and phone, establishing accurate scheduling details.
- Communicate with inspection companies and contractors to schedule inspections.
- Communicate SOPs to inspectors, ensuring they have a full understanding of the unique requirements of the job.
- Outreach to new inspection companies for job fulfillment in markets without inspector coverage. Ability to articulate the benefits of participating in an authentic, but also persuasive manner.
- Assist the leadership team in developing, documenting and organizing processes and systems relating to the operation of the business
- Participate in contributing ideas to improve current systems and processes
- Collaborate with leadership to track progress and productivity of day-to-day operations
- Full time/40 hours per week with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekend availability

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus, or working in similar operational and technical roles
- Experience in property management, home services, or inspections is a plus.
