Job Overview

The Community Liaison plays a vital role in bridging the gap between our organization and the communities we serve. This position is responsible for fostering relationships, promoting programs, and utilizing effective communication and collaboration to promote growth and brand recognition. This is a public relations/sales position.
Duties
- Develop and implement community outreach programs to enhance engagement and awareness of services offered.
- Complete and track 6-10 sales calls a day.
- Collaborate with local organizations, stakeholders, and staff to promote growth initiatives.
- Conduct research data collection to assess needs and program effectiveness
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
- Utilize social media management strategies to increase visibility and outreach efforts.
- Serve as a representative of the organization at community events, meetings, and forums.
Skills
- Strong understanding of market dynamics related to homecare and community services.
- Experience in program development specific to homecare, aging, and public health.
- Proficient in research data collection techniques for evaluating program success.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for effective communication and outreach strategies.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
