We currently provide a variety of services, including routine vaccinations for children and adults, COVID-19 vaccinations, flu vaccinations, biometric screenings (blood pressure, glucose and lipid checks, A1C testing), vision screenings, TB screenings, COVID-19 testing, and other laboratory and blood testing services.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Understand, follow, and help others comply with all processes, procedures, and standing orders.
Assists at clinics as needed, including giving vaccinations (all types) and conducting health screenings like lipid profiles, A1C tests, vision checks, and blood draws.
Share responsibility with the clinical team for answering the after-hours phone that is used for clinical questions, emergency staffing issues (i.e. calling in sick), and other urgent situations.
Maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers while serving as an ambassador for Homeland Health Specialists Inc. which may include leading meetings and coordinating events with partner organizations.
Oversee and manage the daily activities of the field staff, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining high standards of patient care. Provide guidance and support, offering mentorship and training as needed. Address and resolve any staffing issues or concerns, ensuring the smooth operation of clinical services. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging professional growth and ensuring all staff comply with clinical protocols and regulations.
Assist clinical team with daily operations by tracking vaccines, processing / printing paperwork, stocking supplies, managing / taking vaccine inventory, answering field nurses’ questions, etc.
Collaborate with the clinical team on projects and challenges that arise.
Utilize various technology platforms as needed to complete assigned duties.
Learn additional clinical tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Answer office phones, respond to emails, and assist people arriving at the front door.
Report to the Associate Director of Clinical Operations.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES :

Keen attention to detail, capable of executing projects with the adaptability to meet changing needs
Proficient in technology, including Microsoft 365, strong typing skills, and enthusiasm for learning new technology platforms
Excellent customer service abilities while maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with HIPAA guidelines
Adept at engaging with people from diverse backgrounds
Competence in nursing skills as required
Advanced organizational skills, ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
Confident, reliable, and capable of working independently
Demonstrates tact, patience, professionalism, and sound decision-making skills
Computer skills necessary to accomplish the requirements of the position
Ability to lift 20lbs comfortably and without difficulty
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum Qualifications :
5 years of experience in nursing and 1 years of business experience
Graduation from an accredited nursing school
Possession of an active Minnesota Registered Nurse license
Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle to allow for travel to various clinic locations
Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification required
Experience in staff management or leadership position
Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Office 365
Proficiency in typing for accurate data entry, report generation, and correspondence
Ability to communicate in English (both verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience administering vaccinations
Possession of an active Wisconsin Registered Nurse license, or willingness to get within 3 months of hire
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Starting Salary : $76,000 to $82,000 - candidates with experience or higher degree(s) may be brought in at a higher salary
Opportunity to earn an annual bonus based on individual and company performance
First-year employees receive 2 weeks of PTO, with the opportunity for increases based on tenure with the company

Starting Salary : $76,000 to $82,000
Hours per week / FTE : 40 hrs. weekly / 1.0 FTE
Job Shift : Day / 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm schedule on Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work
Position Type : Full-time exempt position, at-will employee
