The ideal candidate will be capable of and responsible for support/administration of computers and printers, several software applications and Microsoft Office. A typical day will include tasks such as PC maintenance, upgrades/configurations, licensing, and generalized end user support.

Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems for the end users
- Monitor and respond to requests received through the IT helpdesk
- Monitor the helpdesk for tickets assigned to the queue and process based on priority
- Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for workstations
- Utilize/Maintain the helpdesk tracking software
- Install, test, and configure new workstations, equipment, and software
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using hardware, images, and software
- Assign users and computers within Active Directory
- Perform workstation hardware/software upgrades
Requirements
- Proficiency in Windows 11, disk-based imaging/cloning, Dell hardware, Microsoft Active Directory, and basic networking
- Professional experience with Accounting programs or software, preferred
- Working knowledge of application architecture
- Technical aptitude of Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies
- General understanding of database concepts such as Microsoft SQL and Access
- Strong understanding of hardware and software configurations
- Familiarity with local and wide-area networking concepts
- Solid knowledge of various computer and networking components
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Education - bachelor’s degree, preferred
- 1 years of experience in an Information Technology environment preferred
