Duties Description This position provides support and processing of work assignments to technical staff members within the Office of Fire Prevention and Control (OFPC). Typical duties will include, but not be limited to: •Answering the Office of Fire Prevention and Control (OFPC) main phone line.•Formatting and typing correspondence.•Reports and other related materials.•Creating spreadsheets.•Assisting with procurement activities.•Develop and maintain the office filing system.•Managing record maintenance activities. •Data Entry•Familiarity with new funding programs in order to assist with clerical duties.•Additional duties as required.This position may be assigned administrative work at the OFPC Fire Operations Center and/or State Emergency Operations Center during activations and emergencies.
