The Controller is responsible for overseeing corporate financial reporting, financial analysis, and internal controls. Liaise with directors and executives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare annual budgets and report monthly financials timely & accurately. This includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll & sales tax. Manage the payroll and process payroll for the executive branch. Ensure compliance on all payroll reporting and payroll tax reporting. Prepare monthly financial statements and supplemental schedules in compliance with reporting deadlines. Coordinate and prepare budgets and financial forecasts for internal and external use. Ensure compliance with sales tax, property taxes, and other applicable taxes. Oversee the Accounting Manager and the Payroll Processor. Education / Work Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting. Master's degree in accounting or related field. Ability to analyze efficiencies in software relative to accounting duties. Experience in cash management and expenditure processes. Understanding of federal tax guidelines and compliance. Familiarity with fixed asset depreciation schedules. Ability to perform all accounting functions, including financial statement preparation. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance!
