Job Summary :
As a Controller, be at the financial helm, driving strategic decision-making and ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Collaborate with executives, shape the company’s financial future, and oversee critical accounting functions—all while leading a dynamic team that keeps our operations running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the Charge – Oversee the entire accounting department, ensuring smooth operations across accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
- Own Financial Reporting – Prepare and present timely, accurate monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Drive Efficiency & Innovation – Identify IT and system enhancements to streamline workflows and boost accuracy.
- Manage Payroll & Compliance – Process executive payroll and ensure all reporting meets legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate & Strategize – Work closely with leadership and our parent company to provide key financial insights and support growth initiatives.
- Ensure Tax & Regulatory Compliance – Oversee sales tax, property tax, and federal reporting while maintaining adherence to financial regulations.
- Lead & Inspire – Supervise the Accounting Manager and Payroll Processor, fostering a high-performing team.
