Title: Chief Clinical Officer
Position reports to: CEO/Executive Director
Hours: Full-time
SUMMARY
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position is responsible for the development and operation of the organization’s clinical programs. Primary responsibilities include oversight of clinical programs and staff, including housing programs, clinical treatment, vocational, and Veteran’s service center programs. The CCO will have regular interaction with our Board of Directors and major partner agencies.
This position is salaried position exempt from overtime pay. The normal workload for this position is 40 hours weekly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree and licensed in the state of Connecticut as an LCSW (or similar) required
- Minimum of five years in clinical program administration and supervision of front line and supervisory staff
- Minimum of five years of experience working with individuals with mental illness and substance use disorders
- Experience working with Veterans and/or individuals experiencing homelessness strongly preferred
- Experience with staff development, accountability, and empowering staff to work autonomously
- Experience working with non-profit organizations preferred.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
