Regional Manager Job Description
Scope
To be responsible, for all phases of Operations in a portfolio of communities, including, but not limited to, developing business plans, driving sales goals, ensuring asset quality, achieving financial objectives and having oversight of all personnel and resources in that portfolio .Adhering to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing and management/ maintenance services.
The following is a list of responsibilities including but not limited to the performance of the Regional Manager as determined by your supervisor:
Responsibilities/Skills
1. Accountability for all day to day operations of communities in portfolio
2. Communicate company’s strategic directions
3. Execute all corporate policies and procedures
4. Manage and ensure all financial objectives are met
5. Establish budgets for each community
6. Assist communities with customer service/retention initiatives
7. Ensure Sales goals are met and create marketing initiates to drive top line performance
8. Develop and implement business plans for any operational deficiencies or watch communities
9. Hire, train and motivate community staffing
10. Perform weekly property visits and conduct Town Hall Meetings as needed
11. Conduct Performance evaluations on annual basis
12. Ensure all communities are well maintained from a safety and liability standpoint
Requirements
- Proficient in computer skills and software
- 5-10 years experience in retail , hospitality and/or property management
- Energetic and positive with a sharp eye for detail
- MUST have flexibility to travel 30-40% of time, some weekends required
- MUST be results driven
- MUST have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MUST have excellent organizational and tasking skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
