Position Details:
- Shift: 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (with occasional overtime)
- Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Follow work procedures, schematics, or verbal instructions to perform duties
- Execute manufacturing/assembly tasks per Homestead procedures and process instructions
- Maintain daily production output
- Participate in quality control inspections
- Inspect in-process and finished cabinetry products
- Collaborate with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve product quality and process efficiency
- Assist in other departments as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn good manufacturing practices
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
- A positive attitude with curiosity and a desire to learn and grow in the trade
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and occasionally lift heavier items with assistance
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a noisy and dusty environment
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Regular use of hands for grasping, handling, and manipulating objects
- Ability to squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach during tasks
