General Overview
The Director of Strategic Partnerships & Large Enterprise Growth will spearhead the identification and development of innovative strategic partnerships and drive significant revenue growth through organizations that could include benefit platforms, TPAs, marketplaces, insurance carriers, PEOs and other creative areas where Homethrive could add unique value. The role will also include business development with select, large enterprise employer prospects.
This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales leader with a knack for forging innovative partnerships and a proven ability to sell value-driven solutions to executives in the enterprise space.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify, develop and lead high-value, innovative revenue generating partnerships
- Drive enterprise sales by targeting select Fortune 1000 companies and cultivating relationships with benefits leaders, HR executives, and other decision-makers.
- Collaborate with leadership to design scalable go-to-market initiatives that align with Homethrive’s vision and revenue objectives.
- Represent Homethrive at select industry events, conferences, and forums, driving visibility and establishing credibility in the market.
