About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships & Growth with a strong network in the realtor community to drive RentRedi’s customer acquisition through strategic alliances with real estate professionals associations and professionals. This role focuses on building relationships, leveraging marketing partnerships, and positioning RentRedi as a must-have tool for realtors, brokers, and independent landlords.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Partnerships & Growth
- Develop, manage, and optimize partnerships with real estate organizations, brokerages, and top realtors to drive customer acquisition.
- Build and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, events, and activations that engage and convert real estate professionals.
- Negotiate and structure partnerships that increase RentRedi’s brand visibility and drive revenue.

Who You Are
Qualifications
7 years of experience in real estate, partnerships, marketing, or business development.
Proven success in developing and managing high-value partnerships that drive business growth.
Strong marketing knowledge—familiarity with campaign development, brand positioning, and channel optimization.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships.
Data-driven mindset—ability to analyze marketing and referral performance to optimize acquisition strategies.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

OTE (On-Target Earnings)
