We are on the lookout for a passionate Billing Coordinator to join our incredible team! This full-time role is all about keeping our billing processes smooth, accurate, and patient-friendly. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our claims are processed seamlessly and that any billing issues are resolved with care and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

As a Billing Coordinator, you’ll be the key player in keeping the financial side of our operations running smoothly. Your role will involve:

  • Claim Processing: Review and submit medical, dental, and no-fault claims, ensuring everything is accurate and complete.
  • Problem-Solving: Be the go-to person for resolving billing inquiries, patient account questions, and insurance issues with ease.
  • Account Maintenance: Handle payment posting, collections, and review denied claims to keep everything on track.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, sharing knowledge and supporting one another to deliver the best results for our patients.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Certified Billing Professional: You’ll have certification from an accredited institution in medical/dental billing coding.
  • Experience Matters: You’ve got at least 2 years of hands-on experience in medical billing.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient with computers and billing software.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for accuracy, especially when it comes to codes like ICD-10, CDT, HCPCS, and CPT-4.
  • Patient-Centered: You’re committed to making sure patients feel heard and supported, even when it comes to complex billing questions.
  • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always ready to pitch in where needed.
