Location: Cedarburg, WI
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Pay: Based on experience, with performance-based incentives & opportunities for additional income. Willing to train the right individual.
This role requires flexibility, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a strong work ethic. While your main responsibilities will focus on customer service and dispatching, you may be asked to take on other tasks as needed. We provide training and resources, but success here depends on your initiative and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and service requests
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling difficult situations and problem-solving
- Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or office administration preferred
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes
