Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate patient scheduling for various medical services.

- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and staff to facilitate scheduling needs.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries in a professional manner, providing information about services offered.

Experience
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical scheduling processes and terminology is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy is required.
