Client Services Coordinator (Part-Time to Full-Time)
In-Office | 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM | $17–$22/hour (DOE)
We are seeking a professional and dependable Client Services Coordinator to join our team in a part-time, in-office position with the opportunity to grow into full-time. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in home care and is passionate about supporting both caregivers and clients with excellence and care.
This position supports both scheduling and hiring operations, acting as a liaison between internal teams, caregivers, and clients. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and ready to step into a fast-paced dual role.
Position Details:
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM
- Status: Part-time with potential to grow into full-time
- Pay: $17–$22/hour, depending on experience
- Location: In-office only
Key Responsibilities (will expand with full-time transition):
- Greet caregivers and visitors
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Manage caregiver call-offs and provide scheduling support
- Conduct caregiver interviews and coordinate onboarding
- Monitor and manage job board postings and applicant follow-ups
- Communicate with caregivers regarding PPDs, fingerprinting, and compliance tasks
- Complete occasional field visits and provisional pop-ins
- Serve as part of the on-call rotation, as needed
- Maintain a professional and supportive in-office presence
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home care
- Clean background check
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
