- Crafting and managing registration portals to enhance the overall experience.
- Monitoring room block usage, addressing any issues, and providing detailed reports on housing allocations.
- Communicating with hotels regarding rooming lists, attrition, and specific requirements.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to clients, exhibitors, and attendees concerning housing needs.
Requirements:
