The Homewood Suites Lansing/ Eastwood Townecenter is looking for a General Manager to lead our team!
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
**Duties:**
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk activities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective pricing and inventory management
- Supervise and train staff members to deliver exceptional service and maintain hotel standards
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare budgets, and report on key metrics to senior management
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in hotel management or a related field
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
