The Honda Customer Care analyst position is a dynamic role focused on providing top-tier support to customers and dealerships. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, to ensure timely and accurate information flow. Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining important documents, records, and reports to support administrative operations. Assisting with various projects and initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and operational processes. While providing training support to PS&P retailers for HPP activities included in the Policy and Procedures guide.
Review, assess, and resolve plan issues in a timely manner
- Examine customer/ dealer concerns with application for coverage, cancelation request, or iN system issues
- Determine solution and communicate a resolution that provide a satisfactory outcome
- Implement resolution and set expectations regarding the process
- Provide training support to dealerships for Honda Care activities that follow the policy and procedures guide
Review and process lienholder cancelation requests
- Examine cancellation requests from lienholders
- Align all information from request
- Remit transactions to Honda finance or American Honda Service Contract Corporation (FL)
Assist management with special projects
- Assist in meetings that provide department efficiencies
- Provide perspective as a subject matter expert
Create marketing reminders for CA & FL
- Retrieve and sort marketing list for customers in CA & FL
- Create mail merge with approved mailer copy monthly
- Provide management with mailers and print requests to review and approve
- Submit all documents to Print Center for processing and distribution to all customers
- Minimum Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or 6 years equivalent work experience
- Minimum Experience
- Must have knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis on outlook and excel.
- Minimum 3 years' experience with customer support or account management
- Other Job-Specific Skills
- Strong communication skills including reporting and presentations
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrate the ability to apply logic and reasoning to solve problems
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service experience to enhance customer loyalty and overall satisfaction
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Hybrid work style: 60% in office / 40% remote or as defined by management
- Travel: 5% depending on projects
- Physical: Primarily deskwork, frequent keyboarding and schedule flexibility is required.
- Hazards: Maybe exposed to hazardous chemicals & equipment, including on/off road riding/driving.
- Overtime: Expected based on project demands/responsibilities and may include working outside of normal business hours.
