Body Shop Office Administrator/Bookkeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Body Shop Administrator/Bookkeeper to support our team in managing daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with proficiency in various financial software. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry and document management.
• Assist with general ledger accounting and reconciliation tasks.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with tax preparation as needed.
• Utilize accounting software, including QuickBooks, to manage accounts and track financial transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the department.
• Handle other administrative duties as required.

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with ROME & CCC is a Plus!
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
