Being a Personal Chef Involves Doing:
- Cooking in clients' home kitchens
- Consultations with new clients to learn of preferences
- Grocery shopping
- Submitting confidential written report to supervisor after each client visit
- Utilization of online menu planning & customer database software to prepare a custom menu plan for types, styles, and quantity of meals required by client
- Timely and proactive communication with clients using company email account (Office 365 applications)
- Home-entertaining occasions (i.e. birthday parties, holiday parties)
- Problem resolution to ensure complete client satisfaction
Scope of Work and Compensation:
- Position entails 20-25 hours/week depending on business demand; please note that it will take a few weeks after hire to achieve this level of consistent work
- Candidates must able to commit to Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday availability on a consistent basis
- Position reports directly to the Director of Operations and indirectly to the CEO
- Must have own personal vehicle to drive to clients’ locations
- Must maintain current Washington Food Handler’s Card (or ServSafe) and Class 12 Permit
