Job Description
The Advanced Field Service Engineer will be working within the Honeywell Industrial Automation (IA) business unit, specifically the Process Measurement & Control (PMC) Team. This person is the face of Honeywell and will be working with customers and internal organizations on problem resolution.
This position involves providing customer support, process management, and functional excellence. The Advanced Field Service Engineer will drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis, and replication of advanced system issues experienced by the field team.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint). Experience in manufacturing technical installations or engineering is preferred.
