- This position will support and work 100% onsite at various client sites throughout the US/International.
- Manage the project's contractual and commercial position, ensuring compliance with federal energy performance contract requirements
- Provide support to Project Managers on standard federal project templates and deliverables, trainings and best practices
- Oversee project cost control, including forecasting and financial management.
- Coordinate with Federal agencies to ensure program success
- Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, financial performance, and risk management
- Occasional off-hours, weekends, and holiday work may be required to support customer operations
- Company vehicle will be provided to travel to customer sites

YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 years of experience in managing construction projects, preferably federal energy performance contracts
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong understanding of contract management, risk management, and project cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record ability to pass background check
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC) and other federal energy performance contracts
- Knowledge of federal energy regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
