As a Field Service Engineer - Fire/Security here at Honeywell, you will be the technical expert and guide in field service operations for fire and security systems. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you will work out of our 1 location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the safety and security of our customers by ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of fire and security systems. You will play a crucial role in protecting lives and property by providing timely and effective technical facilitation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical expertise and facilitation for field service operations of fire and security systems
• Guide and execute complex field service projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
• Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
