Production Scheduler II will possess the basic skills to develop production plans and perform material analysis for the Integrated Supply Chain organization at Aerospace - Minneapolis. Schedulers will work regularly with Supply and Production Planners & Procurement in support of releasing and completing production orders in manufacturing and helping to resolve short-term materials issues or capacity constraints.
You will report directly to our Tactical Guidance Products (TGP) Production Scheduling Manager, and you'll work out of our site in Minneapolis, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adequate material availability and capacity availability prior to releasing production orders to operations.
• Monitor production operations progress to ensure that build execution is occurring as planned. Drive actions to address and resolve aging orders (aged WIP).
• Act as the focal point for reporting and resolving all issues impacting production schedule execution. Develop (if needed) and monitor recovery plans.
• Lead/support efforts to understand root cause and corrective actions for process failures relating to execution of the production plan.
• Coordinate across Honeywell locations to ensure incoming supply meets production rate requirements.
• Provide monthly forecasts and manage replenishment signals to suppliers as required.
• Participate in tiered accountability process.
• Completes work with some supervision.
• Support the continued progression of HOS.

The annual base salary range for this position is $66,700 - $83,400. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
