Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall IT strategy for the HCM separation as part of the Advanced Materials divestiture.
- Develop, enhance, and execute a detailed project plan for HCM separation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with senior leadership across various business units to ascertain requirements and expectations for the HCM systems.
