About the Role
This position is ideal for individuals with strong technical knowledge and understanding of Building Automation systems. You will work closely with field engineers, technicians, and product support teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electro/mechanical equipment and computer systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
- Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex systems.
- Report design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.
- Support customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
