We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible to oversee large and significant Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) programs. The incumbent will need to manage cross - Business stakeholders and work very closely with the IT business leaders, business partners, delivery arm, and vendors to deliver strategic programs to planned scope and schedule. The Business Analyst will play key role in ensuring program deliverables are met and corporate quality requirements are produced on time and within budget.
- Partner with business and stakeholders to gather project requirements
- Partner with the businesses to translate business requirements into solutions
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Coordinate with stakeholders around the project intake and delivery process
- Act as an intermediary between the operational, onboarding and client facing teams to coordinate shared solutions
- Play an instrumental role as part of the IT organization, in maximizing the value of related tools and improving client experience
- Defines the initiative per the business need and creates momentum and support to drive forward, while managing the competing needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Focus on both Honeywell business stakeholders and internal IT project needs to create an environment and process that ensures the successful delivery of the program objectives.
- Initiates and facilitates team meetings and issue resolution involving the right parties to resolve problems and Support Super Users
- Participate and lead solution design solutions as appropriate
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing structured reports, data insights, meeting notes and action lists.
