In this position, you will direct an organization of customer service representatives to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will provide high-level coordination to inbound customer response activities. You will communicate across the business to ensure proper customer care. You will set the strategy for effective customer order processing. You will act as a change agent and look for ways to improve Customer Care processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sponsor Large Scale Projects and customers
- Strategic Organizational Planning and management to ensure we have the right employee leading the process for the customers.
- Coordinate Customer Success team, ensuring the customers receive the correct support with quality and effectiveness
- Align Sales and Operations team aligned to customers inputs for specific situations
- Analyze Customer Reports and work with local leadership team to improve process and respond timely
- Global Team Management
