We specialize in industries including construction and real estate, dental practices, home health care, restaurants, manufacturing and distribution.
We are seeking a highly skilled accounting supervisor to join our dynamic team. The accounting supervisor will provide a wide variety of services and expertise in accounting practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyzing complex financial reports and records
- Making client recommendations based on analysis
- Leading staff, providing mentorship and guidance
- Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to advise clients
Requires:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred
- At least 4 years of related accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, Accounting CS) and the ability to learn new software
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
