Job Description : The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Cargill HR department. Hours for this position are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm on-site at the Fresno, CA Cargill facility.
JOB DUTIES
- File and archive paper documents.
- Receive and relay telephone messages from internal and external sources.
- Enter routine data into standard forms and templates.
- Perform routine administrative work within established procedures.
- Handle basic clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
