- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
- Utilize computer software for data entry, document preparation, and communication purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed is essential.
- Experience in an office setting with knowledge of general administrative procedures is advantageous.
