What the Evening Shift Supervisor Will Do:
- Oversee the scheduling of nursing staff during the evening shift to ensure adequate coverage.
- Deliver high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of the residents served.
- Conduct thorough assessments of new admissions and current residents as needed.
- Perform rounds on all units, connecting with floor staff and residents to address concerns and provide support.
- Facilitate seamless shift transitions by participating in handoff reports with the Night Shift Supervisor.
- Maintain clear communication with Nursing Administration to ensure consistent and effective care across all shifts.
Requirements

- Current, valid RN or LPN license
- A nursing degree or diploma from an accredited nursing school
- Can foster good resident and family relationships
- Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment
- Experience in a long-term care required
