Hope, Care & Love is looking for qualified Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will handle all personnel matters. They will compile and maintain personnel records.
- Recruit and place new employees for various positions throughout the company
- Interviewing potential applicants regarding their skills/experience
- Contacting references and performing background checks on potential applicants
- Coordinates the new hire on-boarding process.
- Manage personnel education
- Submits online investigation requests and assists with new employee background checks.
- Assists with processing of terminations.
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
- Manage health solutions benefits
- Updating and maintaining the agency handbook and policies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
