Job Overview
We are a Church seeking a talented Worship Leader to join our team and lead our congregation in musical worship experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music and worship, along with strong leadership skills.
Duties
- Plan and lead worship services, including selecting music and coordinating with musicians
- Engage and inspire the congregation through music and worship
- Mentor and develop musicians and vocalists
- Collaborate with the pastoral team to create cohesive worship experiences
- Educate the congregation on the importance of worship
- Communicate effectively with team members and congregation
- Provide leadership during rehearsals and services
Experience
- Previous experience leading worship in a church setting is preferred
- Strong musical abilities, including proficiency in playing an instrument or singing
- Ability to educate and mentor others in musical worship
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership qualities to guide a team effectively

Pay: $21.53 - $24.67 per hour
