Summary
We are seeking an Administrator to join our team at Hope For All Community Services LLC. This role is vital in overseeing the agency's personal care services operations and ensuring that we deliver high-quality support to adults/ elders living with disabilities and their families. The Administrator will play a key role in fostering a supportive environment that promotes recovery and well-being.
This is a part-time contracting position. The Administrator is expected to work at least 26 hours/week. It is essential as an agency that the candidate being hired for this position is exposed to the work of the Personal Support Specialist (PSS) itself. We believe in "walking in someone's shoes" to be effective in this position as it requires having the ability to provide mentoring, supervision and support to our PSS employees while also ensuring client's needs are met.
We provide training for Personal Support Specialist certification to the right candidate.
The Administrator is expected to work at least 15 hours of the 26 hours assigned as a Personal Support Specialist (PSS) and the remainder of hours for administrative tasks. This position is a good fit for a candidate who has proven experience working with elderly and adult populations within the home and who also enjoys the flexibility of performing administration, supervision and coordination of services on the side.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of personal support agency, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Provide new hire and onboarding support to new employees.
- Supervise Personal Support Specialist (PSS) employees and provide training to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with long term service care coordinators to enhance client care.
- Monitor agency's PCA (personal care agency) services effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and service delivery.
Requirements
- Willing to work as a Personal Support Specialist (PSS) as part of the position and be able to balance work with administrative side.
- Proven experience in management within a healthcare or home health care/personal care setting.
- Strong understanding of working with ederly adults with disabilities.
- Proven experience with corordinating, training and supervising a team of employees.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage tasks effectively.
- Familiar with EHR softwares and Medicaid services.
- Willing to travel on occasion for client and employees's in-person supervisory visits.
