Hope Haven Administrative Assistant
Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Hope Haven Recovery Residence is looking for a part-time (20-25) receptionist who can assist with administrative responsibilities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Requires a detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and excellent phone etiquette.
- Conduct intakes for potential residents
- Assist CEO and Coordinators with various administrative tasks
- Answers phones and schedule appointments
- Monitors and resolves registration errors.
- Work as a member of the support team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, TherapyNotes and other Internet applications.
- Maintain calendars, professional meetings, vacations, conferences, etc.
- Respects diverse views and approaches, demonstrates Standards of Respect, and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients and visitors
- Ability to multitask in a highly complex environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest and ability to work with the public.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently, make responsible decisions and manage multiple tasks and demands.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma required.
Associate Degree or some college preferred.
Computer experience required.
1-2 years Customer Service experience required
