Job Summary

Coordinate and oversee all transportation provided under Hope PACE. Supervise daily activities of all of the drivers including but not limited transportation for physician appointments and field trips. • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all transportation staff under PACE program.
  • Plan all transportation schedules for PACE participants.
  • Responsible for any scheduling of outside transportation service providers & any invoices associated with those outside providers.
  • Plan and implement vehicle maintenance.
  • Work with other departments as part of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Communicate successfully with other Hope Healthcare services.

• Knowledge & Skills
  • Previous driving experience
  • Transportation experience with special mobility needs
  • Leadership & management of staff

• Required qualifications
  • Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required
  • Previous management experience required
  • 1 year elder care work experience required
  • Safe driving record
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of Florida, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Clear level 2 background check
  • Proof of certain vaccinations or current titers
