Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee all transportation provided under Hope PACE. Supervise daily activities of all of the drivers including but not limited transportation for physician appointments and field trips. - Key Responsibilities
- Manage all transportation staff under PACE program.
- Plan all transportation schedules for PACE participants.
- Responsible for any scheduling of outside transportation service providers & any invoices associated with those outside providers.
- Plan and implement vehicle maintenance.
- Work with other departments as part of the interdisciplinary team.
- Communicate successfully with other Hope Healthcare services.
- Knowledge & Skills
- Previous driving experience
- Transportation experience with special mobility needs
- Leadership & management of staff
- Required qualifications
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required
- Previous management experience required
- 1 year elder care work experience required
- Safe driving record
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of Florida, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Clear level 2 background check
- Proof of certain vaccinations or current titers

Salary : $42,200 - $53,400
