As a Speech Language Pathologist at Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with families and caregivers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and coordinate care.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program with active licensure in Michigan.
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Proven experience working with individuals with complex communication needs.
