As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional care services.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver quality health and safety services to clients in a school setting.
2. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Support Registered Nurses in developing and implementing care plans.
4. Carry out specialized procedures as directed by physicians.
5. Recognize and respond to social and economic challenges affecting clients.
6. Teach self-care techniques to clients and their families.
7. Foster a cooperative team environment.
8. Participate in in-service programs and advocate for client needs.
9. Prepare clinical and progress notes.
10. Report client symptoms, reactions, and changes to appropriate personnel.
11. Assist with rehabilitation and habilitation of clients.
12. Coordinate services with family, physicians, and other disciplines.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in Rhode Island.
• Experience in Home and Community Based Services preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Solid clinical skills and experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation.
